Before proceeding with registration, please carefully read the following information and confirm each statement below. Registration will only be available after all confirmations have been completed.

Section 1: Eligibility Confirmation

Please confirm the following:

• I confirm that I am registering on behalf of a publishing house.
• I understand that registration is restricted to publishing houses only.
• I understand that authors, illustrators, translators, and individual applicants are not permitted to register or submit entries directly to the Award.

Section 2: Required Information and Documents

Before starting the registration process, I confirm that I have the following information and documents ready:

• A valid Trade License of the publishing house.
• The publishing house logo.
• The publishing house contact information.
• The official email address and phone number of the publishing house.
• A publishing house profile or brief in both Arabic and English.

Section 3: Registration Acknowledgements

Please confirm that you have read and understood the following:

• I understand that all registration information must belong to the publishing house only.
• I understand that personal information of authors, illustrators, translators, or any other individuals must not be used as publisher registration details.
• If my publishing house has previously registered for the Award, I will use the existing account or recover the password using the "Forgot Password" option.
• I understand that each publishing house is permitted to have only one registration account. Creating multiple accounts for the same publishing house is not permitted and may result in duplicate accounts being rejected or removed.
• If I need to change the email address associated with an existing account, I will contact info@uaebby.org.ae before creating a new account.
• I confirm that all information provided during registration belongs to the publishing house and that I have read and understood all of the above requirements.
